Everland Tulip Festival 2026: Dates, Tickets & What to See
Every spring, over 1.2 million tulips in 100+ varieties transform Everland into Korea's most colorful destination. The Everland Tulip Festival is one of Asia's largest tulip displays, set inside Korea's biggest theme park. Combine roller coasters with European-style tulip gardens, and you've got a full day of entertainment that's hard to beat.
Everland (에버랜드) is Samsung's flagship theme park in Yongin, about an hour south of Seoul. The tulip festival runs from mid-March through late April, with peak bloom typically in early-to-mid April. It's a premium experience — there's an admission fee — but the scale of the flower displays is genuinely world-class.

Four Seasons Garden (포시즌스 가든) — The main tulip display area. Over 1 million tulips arranged in sweeping patterns, color gradients, and themed installations. The garden is designed to look different from every angle, so walk the full loop.
Rose Garden — Early tulips overlap with the first roses in late April. The combination of tulips and roses together is unique to Everland.
Holland Garden — A Dutch-themed section with windmills, wooden clogs, and tulip fields designed to look like the Netherlands. Peak Instagram territory.
Night Tulips — Everland stays open until 9-10 PM, and the gardens are illuminated after dark. The tulips under colored lights create a completely different atmosphere than daytime.

Insider Tips
- Go on a weekday — Weekend crowds are intense (30+ min ride queues). Weekdays are 70% less crowded.
- Arrive at opening (10 AM) — Head straight to Four Seasons Garden before the crowds arrive. You'll have 30-60 minutes of near-empty garden time.
- Rides first, gardens later — Or do the reverse. Don't try to alternate — the park is huge and you'll waste time walking back and forth.
- T Express — Korea's #1 wooden roller coaster is here. Ride it before 11 AM when the queue is shortest.
- Bring a light jacket — Yongin is slightly cooler than Seoul, especially in early April evenings.
- Download the Everland app — Real-time ride wait times and park map. Available in English.

FAQ
Are the tulips worth the admission price?
If you only want tulips and nothing else — probably not (₩62,000 is steep for flowers). But if you combine the garden with 4-5 rides, a safari, and evening illumination, it's a solid full day.
Can I see the tulips without riding rides?
Yes. The gardens are included in general admission. You can spend the entire day just walking the flower areas, eating, and taking photos.
How long should I plan?
Half day (4-5 hours) for tulips + a few rides. Full day (8-10 hours) to properly enjoy the park.
Is Everland open in the rain?
Yes. Most rides operate in light rain. Gardens are beautiful in rain. Only severe storms close outdoor rides.
